This Privacy Policy explains how EmailNewsletter.ad ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit emailnewsletter.ad, use our application at app.emailnewsletter.ad, or otherwise interact with our services. EmailNewsletter.ad is an advertising marketplace connecting email newsletter publishers with advertisers.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect information you provide, such as your newsletter or company name, email address, password, website URL, email service provider, estimated subscriber count, and audience categories.
Campaign and performance data. When publishers run offers and advertisers run campaigns, we collect campaign settings, creative assets, landing URLs, and performance data such as clicks, conversions, and earnings, including through tracking links and advertiser postbacks.
Payment information. Payouts and payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, or ACH banking partners. We collect the details needed to route payments (such as your payout email or account identifiers); full financial credentials are handled by the payment providers, not stored by us.
Usage and device information. Like most services, we and our service providers automatically collect log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs, using cookies and similar technologies.
Subscriber data. Our service does not require publishers to upload their subscriber lists. Publishers remain responsible for their own subscriber data and for complying with applicable email marketing laws.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the marketplace, including matching offers to publisher audiences
- To track campaign performance and calculate publisher earnings and advertiser billing
- To monitor compliance, prevent fraud, and keep the marketplace brand-safe
- To communicate with you about your account, payouts, offers, and product updates
- To analyze usage and improve our website, application, and marketing
Advertising and analytics
We use the Google tag and Meta Pixel on our public marketing, login and signup pages to build visitor audiences and show you EmailNewsletter.ad ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram. Advertising tags are enabled by default for visits identified as coming from the United States, unless you have declined or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. For other countries, or when we cannot determine your country, tags stay off unless you choose to allow them. A previous explicit choice continues to apply.
Select Privacy choices at the bottom of any page to turn advertising cookies off or change your choice. Global Privacy Control keeps the tags off, including for US visits. An explicit choice is saved in a first-party cookie for 180 days and shared between emailnewsletter.ad and app.emailnewsletter.ad; identifying a US connection does not save an opt-in. Turning advertising cookies off stops future website advertising events and removes accessible Google advertising and Meta cookies from our domains; it does not recall information already received by those platforms. If your browser cannot save a choice, the tags remain off on that page.
To determine which default applies, your browser requests a country estimate from Cloudflare through enadclk.com, a domain we operate. This request sends no cookies, page referrer or form data. Our website keeps only the country result in memory for the current page and does not save the lookup response or IP address in browser storage. An unavailable result leaves advertising off unless you opt in. The estimate is based on your connection and may reflect a VPN or proxy location.
When enabled, the advertising tools receive information such as your public page visits, browser and device information, IP address and cookie identifiers. Meta may also receive a successful registration event identifying whether you signed up as a publisher or advertiser. We do not send form entries, names, email addresses, passwords, payment details or newsletter subscriber lists through these tags.
This website advertising choice is separate from the optional Google measurement checkbox at signup described below. Learn more about Google's use of partner-site information and Meta's privacy policy.
Google ad measurement
When you arrive through one of our ads, we keep the ad click identifier and campaign information to understand how you found us. At signup you can choose whether to let us share that ad interaction, your registration or application, later approval status, and whether you first fund an advertiser account with Google to measure our advertising. This choice is optional, is off by default, and does not affect your application. This measurement does not send your name, email address, phone number, newsletter subscriber data, deposit amounts, bank or card details, or payment references to Google, and does not enable ad personalization.
If you opt in, we send only these measurement events through Google's Data Manager API. You can withdraw your permission for future uploads by contacting hello@emailnewsletter.ad. Learn how Google uses information at Google's partner sites policy.
How we share information
- Between marketplace participants: advertisers see performance data for their campaigns; publishers see offer terms and their own performance. We do not sell publisher subscriber lists, and account contact details are shared between counterparties only as needed to operate campaigns.
- Service providers: hosting, analytics, payment processing, and similar providers who process data on our behalf.
- Legal: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of EmailNewsletter.ad, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.
We do not sell personal information for money. Optional advertising disclosures are described above; you can turn these off through Privacy choices.
Data retention
We retain account and campaign information for as long as your account is active and as needed for legitimate business purposes, such as records of earnings and payouts, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. You may request deletion as described below.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- You can access and update account information in your dashboard.
- You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in those emails; transactional emails (such as payout notices) will continue.
- Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. To make a request, contact us at hello@emailnewsletter.ad.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International users
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you use our services from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email or in-app notice.
